Implement

Health Cloud, with access to patient data designed in from the start.

We implement Salesforce Health Cloud for providers, payers, HealthTech companies, and health associations. In healthcare, who can see a record matters as much as what the record holds, so we design access before we build screens.

Who it is for

This fits if you are here.

  • You are moving patient, member, or program data into Salesforce, and protected health information comes with it.
  • You are already on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and adding Health Cloud, and the data model has to change with it.
  • You need Salesforce connected to an EHR, a claims system, or a data platform, and you want to know who owns each connection.
What you get

What you get.

  1. A Health Cloud data model decided up front

Person Accounts, care teams, and relationships set up for how your organization actually works, and written down.

  2. An access model built for PHI

Profiles, permission sets, and sharing reviewed against least privilege, so each role sees what its work requires and no more.

  3. Care and program workflows

Configured in releases, with real users giving feedback from the first one.

  4. Integrations with named owners

Each connection to an EHR, claims, or data system has a documented credential, owner, and failure path.

  5. Security settings matched to your obligations

Encryption, field history, and event monitoring set where your compliance requirements call for them.

  6. A clean handover

Decision records and documentation so your team can run and extend the org.

Who sees what in one patient recordExample: one patient record with a care plan. The care coordinator sees the care plan and contacts. The physician sees the clinical summary. Billing sees coverage only. Sensitive fields are encrypted and access is logged.PatientPerson Account with a care planCare coordinatorPhysicianBillingCare planand contactsClinicalsummaryCoverageonlyExample access, set by role.Sensitive fields encrypted, every access logged.

How it works

How a Health Cloud program runs.

  1. Scope call and requirements1 to 2 weeks

Your programs, roles, data sources, and compliance requirements, mapped on paper before anything is configured.

  2. Data and access design1 to 2 weeks

Data model, sharing model, and the access each role needs to PHI, decided and written down.

  3. First releasePlanned for 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff

Built, tested, and live with real users.

  4. Further releasesTypically 3 to 6 months in total

Care workflows, integrations, and reporting added in priority order, each reviewed before it ships.

  5. Handover

Documentation, decision records, and training so your team owns the org.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Do you handle HIPAA compliance?

We design and build the Salesforce side: who can reach PHI, how it is encrypted, and what is logged. Your compliance program, policies, and business associate agreements stay with you and your counsel. On healthcare engagements our teaming partner Rick A. Moore of MTC Group can support HIPAA and SOC 2 work.

We already use Service Cloud. Do we have to start over?

No. Health Cloud is added to an existing org. The work is deciding how your current data model and sharing fit the Health Cloud model, and changing what has to change before you build on it.

Can you connect Health Cloud to our EHR?

Yes. We design the integration pattern, the integration user, and the credential for each connection, and document who owns it. See Integration.

Can you add AI agents to Health Cloud?

Yes, with care. An agent runs as an identity, so in healthcare we decide what PHI it can reach before it goes live. See AI Agent Governance.

Already live on Health Cloud and unsure who can see what?

Start with the Org Access Assessment. It is read-only and shows who and what can reach your data.
