Privacy notice

Last updated November 10, 2026.

This website is run by Aetrum LLC d/b/a Trevaun, a Virginia limited liability company based in Ashburn, Virginia ("we"). This notice explains what we collect through trevaun.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, work email, and anything else you choose to enter: company, topic, engagement type, budget, and message.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It records things like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. See Cookies below for your choices.
  • Preferences in your browser. If you close the announcement bar or make a cookie choice, your browser stores that choice so we do not ask again. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. We use usage data to understand which content is useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Contact form messages are stored as leads in our Salesforce account, which Salesforce hosts for us. Analytics data is processed by Google. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Each handles data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our business conversations. Ask us and we will delete your message.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies, and we tell Google not to use our analytics data for advertising.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are set unless you choose Reject. Choosing Reject stops analytics cookies and removes the ones already set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
